At no point did I intentionally purchase a subscription or knowingly agree to a paid plan. The app did not appear to me as a paid application, and I only downloaded it to try it out. As soon as I noticed the charge, I stopped using the app. I kindly ask you to review my case and issue full refund, as this purchase was unintentional. Their data collections are on most block lists and the app will only successfully check your subscription if you allow the data collection to take place. I didn’t block these. They are on the most popular block lists for fraudulent data collection. cyberghost just began using these in the past two months. HaGeZi’s DNS Blocklist successfully identifies the DNS’s uses by cyberghost data harvesting.
