### 1/5 — Withdrawing money difficult

*2022-09-08, version 1.1.4*

States on their website that wire withdraws take 2 business days. I’m now standing on 4 business days and still no money with All kinds of run around excuses when you call their customer service to inquire. I would not use this service, there’s plenty of competition that’s way more attentive. Makes me wonder what happens if things got more chaotic.

### 1/5 — Still horrible

*2022-07-03, version 1.1.0*

This app is why people go to crypto. Using this app is like watching someone pay with a check in the quick check out lane. Embarrassingly bad. Love JM but this interface is 100 percent garbage. They can’t even get 2FA right. The moment you go to get your code the app closes in on you. Since they can’t hire some competent teen to design a functional app they probably should just shut down.

### 1/5 — Not impressed

*2022-06-13, version 1.0.11*

Can’t directly redeem for metals you basically hold spot value then sell and pay whatever the premium is to actually obtain physical metals. App crashes and takes 45 days to transfer your money out. A two day processing time and then they finally transfer your cash out..

### 1/5 — Web site and customer service

*2022-05-21, version 1.0.8*

You have my comments already on web site!

Asking for a nickname is a pain, wake up!

### 1/5 — Crash

*2022-04-07, version 1.0.6*

Crash crash

### 1/5 — Not very good right now

*2022-04-05, version 1.0.6*

I am sure this app is a work in progress. If it ever works as smoothly as just going to the website it will be great. But currently the app crashes continually… waiting and hoping for improvements

### 1/5 — App Problem

*2022-03-27, version 1.0.4*

…I, too, am having the same problem. App closes when trying to check prices and see chart…

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2026-02-05, version 1.6.0*

Can’t add a payment option. Unusable.

### 1/5 — They hold your money

*2024-12-07, version 1.3.5*

I personally wouldn’t use this app if I had know how long it take to get your money back, if you transfer from your debit card it will take 45 days for you to get that money back out of the app. I’ve contacted them twice about how long it’s taken and they do not care , I don’t see any reason you shouldn’t be able to withdraw your money immediately after your deposit.

### 1/5 — Unsafe

*2024-03-24, version 1.2.17*

I cant withdraw my money

### 1/5 — do not join this app

*2023-12-18, version 1.2.15*

do not join this app they are the rudest people you could ever deal with. My father died two months ago. I had money in here. I sold it off a while back all it was all bought at the same time they released half of it and said I had to wait 45 days for the other half they told me to beginning of December that the 45 days from November 1 was the 15th, it wasn’t released I called back today. She says now I have to wait until tomorrow because she does not know how to count they are they rudest non-caring, uncompassionate company that you could ever deal with. They hold your money for 45 days no matter how you do it they say it’s just for credit cards but they do it for debit cards and any other way you do it do not join this company. There’s a better company out there called Glenn or GLINT they give you a debit card, and if you need your money, you can get it quicklystay away from this company

### 1/5 — they pull money out of my

*2023-11-05*

They pull money out of my bank account without my permission. I did not tell anybody to do this stuff and they just keep pulling and pulling and pulling don’t come to this app it’s not worth it.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2023-08-11, version 1.2.12*

Attempted to verify, and declined very odd. I will take my money elsewhere and move on. And if you want to redeem you will need to wait 45 days and have to pay normal shipping. No perks or anything additional to write home about.

### 1/5 — It’s a scam

*2023-07-25*

This is a scam! I deposit $75 and after two months I went to make a withdrawal and contacted the company about my withdrawal they said what ever payment method I used is the time frame meaning how long it will take to get the withdrawal! It’s been six months no deposit back!! Don’t waste your time or your money

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2023-07-07*

They offer zero fee to buy at times , but when you go to sell they charge you the sell premium and the buy premium together. Rip-off

### 1/5 — Way to expensive

*2023-05-16, version 1.2.5*

There are tons of fees and the cost of delivery is three times more than any other bullion service. Try another broker. They are also charging me fees that they can’t explain. They refuse to send me my bullion until I pay $0.07. Who does that?

### 1/5 — Can’t login after latest update!!!

*2022-10-18, version 1.1.7*

After I just updated the app to the latest version, I can’t login no matter what I do.
I tried logging in by pressing the login with password, it tells me that the email is already in use and to use the JM Bullion login button. After that it takes me to the JM Bullion website but even after I login to the website, I still can’t see the app and my funds tied up in the app!
I tried resetting the password and I still can’t access the app!!!
I have funds in Silver and Gold that are now inaccessible because I can’t open the app!!!
Please fix this!!! This is not acceptable!

### 5/5 — Update - App still works well

*2026-04-22, version 1.6.1*

This app is owned by Gold.com (formerly A-mark) a publicly traded company (ticker symbol: GOLD)

With this public backing and the reporting requirements that publicly traded companies are subject to, I trust this app more than OneGold.

### 5/5 — A-Mark is a trusted company

*2025-06-07, version 1.3.8*

A-Mark is a trusted company that is publicly traded. This app is backed my A-Mark who also owns JM Bullion. It took a while for this app to work but it now seems to be working well. The spot metal prices have a lower premium than OneGold.

### 5/5 — My review of your product

*2022-04-23, version 1.0.7*

I have read the reviews they see a lot of people have problems with crashing trouble interfacing I’ve never had any of these problems I will agree that the pricing could do some fixing but other than that I really love the products I like being able to buy have you hold my Metal after I build up a good supply I will cash it in for the physical metal with that said maybe you can work on your pricing that’s the only problem I can find other than that like I said love the product works great haven’t had a single problem thank you.

### 5/5 — Great option for stackers

*2022-04-12, version 1.0.7*

Stacking physical bullion for mine and my families future is a way of life. I love this app as a way to further increase our exposure to physical gold and silver at the click of a button. It’s partnered with a very upstanding and well known bullion supplier JMBullion so you can be secure knowing your investments are sound. The fact you can pull your physical bullion at anytime and have it delivered to your door is icing on the cake. Great job and looking forward to doing a lot of business on this app.

### 3/5 — Value

*2022-11-30, version 1.2.0*

Not very happy with how the market value is presented. It includes the premium which is misleading.

### 3/5 — Fees

*2022-10-07, version 1.1.5*

The fees charged by CyberMetals are, in my opinion, usurious. I sold all my metals back to them, but they said I have to wait five weeks to actually get all my money back. Why? So they can use the cash from my account to earn money for themselves. This site is a ripoff, and I’ve been a huge customer of the parent company JM Bullion-but no more.

### 3/5 — Works now, but not useful

*2022-04-11, version 1.0.6*

This is A-Mark’s (holding company for JM Bullion, CyberMetals, etc.) latest foray into creating an app to buy bullion. The first thing that I’ll say is that you can ignore the comments saying the app doesn’t work: it does since the “hard launch” in early April. That said: I still wouldn’t recommend this. Why? It solves a ‘problem’ that doesn’t exist. If you want to buy physical metals, I absolutely recommend JM Bullion. If you want to speculate on spot price swings, trade an ETF with no trading fees. However, this is an awkward middle solution. You’re paying a premium to buy & sell in addition to paying a quarterly vaulting fee. For that, you can’t even convert your nominal ounces to a specific physical product without moving to cash & paying the fees first, then using the cash to buy metal through JM Bullion. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with JM Bullion, taken discreet delivery of hundreds of ounces of bullion without a single issue, but this product just isn’t worth it as of this writing. That said, it’s a cool concept & could be great if they put some effort into restructuring the pricing model, removing the fees, and allowing you to go directly from physical ounces to a specific product by just paying the premium.

### 2/5 — Can’t log in

*2024-06-01*

I have an IPhone SE. The model with the physical home button. I am unable to log in due to the log in button not responding when I click on it. Pleas fix this.

### 2/5 — Terrible stability

*2022-04-05, version 1.0.6*

My application keeps crashing every minute. Almost unusable.
