I understand that the Bluetooth technology is not allowing both parents phones to be connected at the same time, but since at lest one of these phones is connected and within the car seat’s range, it should NOT require other parent to toggle their phone’s Bluetooth and such. So far, the app is only annoying and really makes me wish we never activated the clip on the car seat. Pressing “Need help” from the clip’s page makes the app crash, so not much help there too ### 1/5 — Basically malware *2026-08-13, version 3.0.2* Asks to turn on my bluetooth whenever it is off, even when the app is closed and i am 100 miles from the car seat. Constant temperature warnings despite the car being cool, the sensor takes 30+ min to cool off. Constant spamming that i left my kid in the car when he is with me. SensorSafe is trash and the app that supports it is also trash. Just constant all the time even when I acknowledge it, it keeps sending updates. Very frustrating. It was a great premise but honestly, my cars alert to check the back seat is more than sufficient. If I help load my son in the car so my partner can take him to school, I get alerts that I’ve left him behind. The heat alert has no way to silence it. I live in California, I know it’s hot, the ac is blasting, but it’s going to take awhile before it’s in the range the seat doesn’t think is too hot. We took two cars somewhere and the whole time I was being alerted he was left behind even though he was in the car behind me, and I couldn’t turn it off. Incredibly distracting while I’m driving. On top of that it logs me out all the time. ### 1/5 — False positives *2026-07-18, version 3.0.1* Every alert is a false positive, and it literally takes over your phone and talks even on silent. Nice idea, but horrible implementation. ### 1/5 — This App Has Issues *2026-06-04, version 3.0.1* Love the products but the app is a mess. I kept trying to make an account and every time I’d log in it would say the information was incorrect. After 24hrs I tried again and it magically worked. I wanted to add members of my family as the emergency contacts and all of them got confusing emails that didn’t work. I’m still unclear how to actually use that function. Also every time I try to “add a child” it tells me I have reached the maximum amount of children I can add but I haven’t been able to add any at all.
