Even if we’ve been driving for a while the alert will randomly go off. Sometimes I’ve taken my baby out of the car and I’ll continue to get alerts for like 5 minutes after. I want to stop using the app because it’s more of a nuisance than helpful. ### 3/5 — Pairing issues *2026-02-01, version 2.12.0* Hard to pair the epriam ### 3/5 — Doesn’t sync or link *2026-01-08* The app doesn’t always sync to my information and seat. When an alert goes off on the car seat like “too cold” it knows it’s my daughters name and her seat but when I go in the app I can’t see her information even though I have plugged it in multiple times. **Developer response:** Hello and thank you for sharing this with us. Team CYBEX ### 1/5 — New App is Terrible and Non-functional *2025-12-03, version 2.8.1* New app is a massive downgrade on the old one. Would put me off buying the e-priam so beware if you’re a new buyer ### 3/5 — Disconnecting *2025-12-03, version 2.8.1* It keep disconnecting and need to login again to maintain wait time. Also no way to skip it, for example I’ll leaving car but my wife is in car with kids and I don’t need that reminder. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-12-01* The app is incredibly buggy and completely NON-FUNCTIONAL. It fails to connect with the e-Priam most times requiring to shut down and restart multiple times. When trying to set up rocking mode - 80% of the time it fails requiring an app restart. The worst part is immediately upon turning on the ePriam battery - it stops the wheels from going forward requiring to connect and disconnect from the app multiple times AND to restart the battery before it allows to go forward without the wheels being artificially stopped (this happens on even terrain - which is VERY annoying.) The SensorSafe buckles for the car seats are no better. The app is incredibly buggy. They constantly notify us on all devices - even when we just put our baby in the car seat 1 min ago. To dismiss / acknowledge the notification on IPhone - EACH time - the app makes me despite having done that hundreds of times. Overall - the ePriam and Sensor safe are genius ideas executed so so poorly. I have been asking for weeks for an exchange on items due to the incorrect color being set, and nothing has been done. Now I'm out of the return window, and the lack of responses is the worst. I didn't spend over $3,000 on everything for this. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. ### 1/5 — Keeps disconnecting *2025-11-16, version 2.8.0* The instructions that they send for family sharing is all wrong. You are basically on your own. Devices keep disconnecting and we keep losing them from our account. ePriam - good luck getting it to work. Super inconvenient. My phone and car will announce “child in car” continuously while we’re driving and when we are inside the house. I understand that the Bluetooth technology is not allowing both parents phones to be connected at the same time, but since at lest one of these phones is connected and within the car seat’s range, it should NOT require other parent to toggle their phone’s Bluetooth and such. So far, the app is only annoying and really makes me wish we never activated the clip on the car seat. Pressing “Need help” from the clip’s page makes the app crash, so not much help there too **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. This will allow our technical team to review and provide the best possible support. ### 1/5 — Frustrated and uninstalling *2026-07-24* I’ve used this app for 2 years now since my son was born and at this point I’m getting rid of it. It was a great premise but honestly, my cars alert to check the back seat is more than sufficient. If I help load my son in the car so my partner can take him to school, I get alerts that I’ve left him behind. The heat alert has no way to silence it. I live in California, I know it’s hot, the ac is blasting, but it’s going to take awhile before it’s in the range the seat doesn’t think is too hot. We took two cars somewhere and the whole time I was being alerted he was left behind even though he was in the car behind me, and I couldn’t turn it off. Incredibly distracting while I’m driving. Regarding the alerts when your son is traveling with your partner, the SensorSafe clip will connect to the first parent's phone that comes within Bluetooth range. If you're traveling in separate vehicles, we recommend temporarily turning off Bluetooth on the phone that won't be traveling with your child until the other phone has connected to the clip. This should help prevent unnecessary occupancy alerts. For the temperature notifications, we recommend pre-cooling the vehicle before placing your child in the car seat whenever possible, as this can help ensure the cabin reaches a comfortable temperature more quickly. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for all families. ### 1/5 — False positives *2026-07-18, version 3.0.1* Every alert is a false positive, and it literally takes over your phone and talks even on silent. Nice idea, but horrible implementation. ### 1/5 — This App Has Issues *2026-06-04, version 3.0.1* Love the products but the app is a mess. I kept trying to make an account and every time I’d log in it would say the information was incorrect. After 24hrs I tried again and it magically worked. I wanted to add members of my family as the emergency contacts and all of them got confusing emails that didn’t work. I’m still unclear how to actually use that function. Also every time I try to “add a child” it tells me I have reached the maximum amount of children I can add but I haven’t been able to add any at all. Again I love the car seat but for the price we should have a functional app. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2026-06-02, version 3.0.1* Just purchased a beautiful e-Priam and excited to try the features just to be unable to log into the app ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-05-26, version 3.0.1* Stuck on scan barcode on car seat for this trash app to tell me it can’t find the car seat. Deleted. Thanks for a useless feature. Do you even bother testing your app or are you like the rest of these companies that out out a half baked app because they’ve got no budget for it? Pretty embarrassing considering the price point of these buggies and car seats. Do better. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2026-03-19, version 2.13.0* Can’t pair to my safesensor becuase it’s requires you to scan the barcode at the bottom of the seat. These dummies who created this expect me to pull out my entire car seat so I can scan a barcode that should have been placed somewhere accessible. They give you an alternative if you can’t scan the barcode code - they give you a list of pictures and ask which one is your car seat. You have to guess becuase cyber don’t put the name of your car seat on your car seat. That would be too much convenience no doubt. There should be laws passed to prevent companies from frustrating their customers like this. ### 1/5 — Push notifications *2026-03-15, version 2.13.0* Needs a lot of work. Keeps sending invalid notifications. He is buckled, says he’s buckled and alerts still go off warning that he’s in car but we’re driving and fine. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-01-18, version 2.10.0* I regret spending more money on the e-priam. The battery is fully charged, I’m standing next to the stroller and it never connects and all I ever get is a “try again” memo. Over and over again. The auto-rocking never works. Super frustrating when you bought this to be a reliable piece of equipment. ### 1/5 — Sucks!!! *2026-01-09, version 2.10.0* Honestly, this is the most inconvenient and not worthy feature. I thought it was smart at first, but the alerts just go on all the time… it is not worth it. I will uninstall it. The app also uses too much information and personal data and even asks for a picture of your child (wth!). This seat was recommended by her orthopedic specialist. Money well spent and changed our baby life.
