PLEASE CYBRARY I HAVE FAITH IN YOU TO FIX THIS. UPDATE- AND MY LIFE, IS YOURS ### 1/5 — Yeesh *2026-01-08, version 6.0.0* Buffers poorly, leading to pauses and crashes when connectivity is temporarily lost. Courses that are too long simply do not function at all on the mobile app. No speed controls, and does not play audio in the background. It’s 2026 — if I could give this zero stars I would. That said, there is decent content there. Shame you have to endure this brutal mobile app to access it. ### 1/5 — This app is useless *2025-11-04, version 6.0.0* Cannot enroll, cannot see enrolled courses, cannot view any course content. Why do I need to enter the password every time or use the “login using email” option? You can enroll in classes and view your progress and work on your profile but That’s about it! It’s completely pointless! If you try to watch or listen to your classes on an iPhone. It will just twll you to use a desktop!? Cybraray i thought you were helping me learn on the go! NOPE! They are just as terrible as everyone else on ios. Very disappointing! Stop developing worthless ios apps if you aren't going to let us watch or listen to it on our iPhone! It’s like telling me to watch tv on my television when i login to the iphone app! Duh! What’s the point?! To let me see what the schedule is!? I can donthat without the app! Stupid! Cybrary your developers are terrible or your management team is making stupid decisions! Get out of your own way! ### 1/5 — Constant logouts *2023-10-09, version 6.0.0* App is clunky. Does not handle horizontal viewing. Worst of all, it constantly logs me out every couple of hours. Apps from competitor learning products are far superior and user friendly. Half the videos don’t work, pages don’t display properly. If I didn’t need the site for a quick boost of CPEs I’d never use it again ### 1/5 — Wont let you listen to any courses *2023-05-20, version 6.0.0* This app constantly tells you that you need to login from a desktop to “complete the activity”, but when you do log into your desktop, you don’t have any activities to complete. It’s just listening to the video. Why won’t it let you use the mobile app? That was the whole point of the mobile app, to learn on the go.
