PLEASE CYBRARY I HAVE FAITH IN YOU TO FIX THIS. However, this should allow to remain login or support login with biometric with facility to watch videos offline as most users try to watch on mobile devices during their journey but current app doesn’t support this feature. It only allows login via Username/Password, so good luck if your company uses any kind of SSO. Even if you are able to login, the app is forced to mobile-mode and doesn’t rotate properly to allow you to use it in horizontal mode. So the whole app is useless if you’re using an iPad with keyboard. This is embarrassingly sad. ### 1/5 — Login Nightmare *2023-01-19, version 6.0.0* It’s a personal phone. Why on Earth do I have to mess around remembering passwords to get into my content?? It should be cached like every other app in existence! Makes learning very unfun! Also, needs support for 1.2 and 1.5x playback speeds like the desktop version ### 2/5 — Limitless Content Limited Accessibility *2023-01-05, version 6.0.0* This has the potential to be a great app for studying on the go and accessing educational content from anywhere in general. I think my biggest problem with this app is getting randomly logged out in the middle of lessons. The app just chooses when to act up. Another issue I have is having to log in every 30 minutes…on a good day. Developers should give users the option to stay logged in for at least 24hours if not consistently. And then another bug—also having to do with logging in—is using your username and passphrase combo. Doing that freaks the app out and I get an error. Every time. The bugs are aggravating and make me want to avoid the app, but the sad thing is how convenient it is! I hope these get addressed, but it looks like these bugs have been happening for at least a few years now. ### 1/5 — Can’t login on iPad app *2022-12-20, version 6.0.0* The login button doesn’t do anything when I press it to login. The email link consistently gets caught in my company’s email filter as malicious and is automatically deleted! And it doesn’t auto play the next episode. It also won’t run in the background. It’s also a headache on a tablet. I’m pretty sure the devs never tested that…. ### 3/5 — Good content, clunky app *2022-05-29, version 6.0.0* I haven’t had any major issues using the app - I can hear the audio, rotate the videos, and can navigate with ease unlike what older reviews were reporting. However, there are some pain points. The UI is clunky and feels very heavy, bookmarks are only updated when re-launching the app, and the occasional random crash. I’ve only been using this for a day so there will probably be more issues that arise. The content is great though. ### 2/5 — Portrait/Landscape madness *2022-05-09, version 6.0.0* The application sometimes respects landscape mode and others, it will force back to portrait mode. Please resolve this, it is quite disruptive. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2022-05-05, version 6.0.0* I’ll just echo everyone else. I hoped after seeing complaints going back so far that maybe it had improved. Nope, it’s awful. The content is good, but lord help you if you are on an iPad or iPhone. Only login option is via an emailed link, that you must click on that device, and even after such an archaic login process, it logs you out after an hour, even if you are actively using it. So you get to repeat this magical login process every single hour. On top of that, the lessons are short, and it doesn’t even auto play. So ever 5 or 6 minutes you have to push Next. Sometimes, for review, you just want to let it run and listen. no you can’t even do that. It’s astonishingly bad for being an IT related app. Cybrary content is decent and it’s fine using on a PC, but this app has got to go. I paid $250 for an annual membership and have to deal with this abysmal app. It’s bad enough that it makes me second guess my purchase. ### 1/5 — Lack of basic functionality *2022-04-18, version 6.0.0* For the amount of money this company charges none of it seems to go to improving the user experience on app or even on the site. Login on mobile ineffectiveness is shocking and the lack of basic video playback options like playback speed is inexcusable. I don’t have these issues on the website but an app would make things more convenient . So the information from the site itself is great . Some features aren’t a available and you’ll have to upgrade to get everything . I do think they should offer a free trial period so we would know the full benefits . Who is doing their VIDEO training on an iPhone, in portrait!?! App only operates in portrait, but half the info is cut off because it’s expecting landscape horizontal space! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Yeesh *2026-01-08, version 6.0.0* Buffers poorly, leading to pauses and crashes when connectivity is temporarily lost. Courses that are too long simply do not function at all on the mobile app. No speed controls, and does not play audio in the background. It’s 2026 — if I could give this zero stars I would. That said, there is decent content there. Stop developing worthless ios apps if you aren't going to let us watch or listen to it on our iPhone! It’s like telling me to watch tv on my television when i login to the iphone app! Duh!
