## What is Cycle Angel App?

Cycle Angel is designed to keep motorists and cyclists safe on the road. Cyclists will broadcast a safety beacon. The safety beacon can then be detected when the app is in 'scanner' mode. This app has 2 modes, scanner mode is predominantly aimed at drivers of trucks and other motor vehicles aims to alert drivers when a vulnerable road user enters a defined proximity. The beacon mode is used by vulnerable road users to broadcast their location.
