## What is Cycle Diary?

Cycle Diary will keep you motivated for your cycling process. 

This app uses GPS to locate and give the current speed, used time, distance and route in map, also calculates calorie burned when cycling according to your weight, speed and time used. You can save the log directly after cycling or add manually later. 

Features: 
⁃ Show current speed, used time, calorie burned and route in map. 
⁃ Two map styles: Satellite and Street. 
⁃ Keep cycling logs and also with mood, weather and area icon. 
⁃ Calculates total time used, calories burned and average speed for all logs. 
⁃ Supports running in background and lock screen.

This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.

I would give this less than 1 star but I can’t. 3 rides same route and different distances scored. It has kept me in metric not English distance and won’t run when I listen to music. I totally understand prototypes but this thing should be removed by the App Store due to its lack of effectiveness.

This is just what I wanted - a simple app to give me my distance cycled, calories burned etc. Doesn’t ask me what I had for my dinner last Tuesday or any other random information!! It costs 99p to get rid of ads.... doesn’t exactly break the bank, so can’t think why anyone would complain about this. There’s two views - showing a graph of what you’ve done, with calories burned, and then if you tap the wee icon at the top, it shows a map of where you’ve been. Brilliant! Easy to use and no faffing!

After 2 rides I give up.
1st time miles were somewhat accurate but the time was off by more than one hour.
2nd time after riding for what I know was nearly 3 miles it showed .6 miles and 1.3 calories... ridiculous!!

Only tracks your ride if you leave the app open and screen on the whole time! Incredibly disappointed, have better tracking with Apple Watch and activity app.
