Man denkt, man schließt ein Abo für Ernährungsberatung ab, tatsächlich werden aber zwei Abonnements abgeschlossen, ohne dass das ausreichend transparent dargestellt wird. Selbst wenn man fristgerecht kündigt, läuft das zweite Abo einfach stillschweigend weiter, bis die erste Rechnung kommt. So werden meiner Meinung nach Beiträge auf eine Weise eingezogen, die viele Nutzer vermutlich erst viel zu spät bemerken. Eine seriöse App sollte ihre Abomodelle klar und verständlich kommunizieren und nicht darauf setzen, dass Kunden versteckte oder unübersichtliche Vertragsbestandteile übersehen. Ich habe aber recht schnell gemerkt, dass die App nicht zu mir passt und die daher auch nicht benutzt, für den Probepreis aber absolut okay. Ich wusste weder, dass man damit gleich ein weiterlaufendes Abo abschließt, noch habe ich im Vorfeld einen Hinweis dazu bekommen, dass das Abo einfach zu einem viel höheren Preis fortgeführt wird. Der Kundensupport hat aber immerhin schnell auf meine Anfrage reagiert und das Abo gekündigt, eine Stornierung war aber nicht möglich. Ich habe die App seit vielen Wochen nicht benutzt und das Geld für die nächsten 3 Monate, in denen ich sie ebenfalls nicht benutzen werde ist futsch. App nach zwei Wochen gelöscht und nach 3 Monaten jetzt eine Rechnung von 75,98€!!!! Ohne Buchungen für Choach oder irgendwelchen Kursen, einfach für nichts! There is nowhere in the app to cancel subscriptions and it automatically renews without your knowledge, at almost $40. Cycle Diet refuses to issue refunds stating it’s “per policy/terms” contradicting to their terms stating “case-by-case basis”. Eigentlich wollte ich danach direkt raus aus dem Probezeitraum aber es gibt einfach keinerlei Möglichkeit um zu kündigen. Mittlerweile wurde mir zweimal 38€ abgebucht und der Support hilft mir nicht weiter. In Summe also bis heute 95€ für ein Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht wollte und nicht mehr loswerden kann!!!!! Die App scheint deutsch zu sein, alle Details und Einstellungen und agbs etc sind auf Englisch. Man findet nur schwer zur Übersicht welches Abo man abgeschlossen hat und wie man es kündigen kann. Außerdem werden einem ständig irgendwelche Coaches empfohlen für die man weiteres Geld ausgeben soll. Ich rate nur jedem von der App ab! Die Gerichte findet man durch einfaches Googlen und die Sportübungen sind auf jeden Sport YouTube Account zu finden. Even when you have not opted for any plan. If you will try to reachout to support, all you will get is automated responses. If you see a charge but didn't select a plan, please email help@cycle.diet with your account and order details—we’ll investigate and help resolve this privately. ### 1/5 — REAL Scam *2026-05-13* I did one week subscription then I canceled it but today I discovered that they have been withdrawing monthly subscription fees for 2 months and the support service confirmed that there will not be further charges and they can’t refund. So when I decided to cancel my free trial, I was still charged for two months following. The help desk was able to cancel my subscription for me as the app did not recognize my email and I was unable to login again to try and cancel a second time. They would not refund me the two months due to “policy” which I find extremely unfair as they need proof that I had cancelled. But due to poor app quality I never received a cancellation confirmation because it did not recognize my email. The purchase process is overwhelming and the upselling is out of control. I purchased what I thought was an actual hard copy cookbook only to find out it was a digit able download- which I had to email customer service to find out. Then of course, because they emailed the link, it was non refundable. Vorsicht vor Abofalle. Status der Verlängerung nicht einsehbar und dann Kosten Coaching und App insgesamt 125 Euro im Monat! Ich habe direkt einen 3-Monats-Plan gekauft. Nach 30 Tagen hat sich dieser Plan in ein Abonnement umgewandelt und mir wurden einfach über 80€ abgebucht ohne Vorwarnung! Der Kundenservice möchte nun das Geld nicht mal mehr zurückzahlen. Pure Frechheit!!! **Developer response:** Es tut uns leid, dass du dich geärgert hast. Darüber habe ich nie eine Info erhalten, lediglich eine Bestellbestätitung ohne irgendein Wort eines Abos. Wenigstens meldet sich der Kundensupport recht flott. Allerdings gibt es keine Ankündigung das dieser endet und auf einmal werden 38€ abgebucht. Man kann sein Abo leider nicht über die Einstellungen beenden sondern muss eine extra Mail schreiben was man aber erst herausfindet wenn man mal bisschen recherchiert. Es wurde nichts geschrieben, dass das Abo automatisch verlängert wird!! Mir wurden ohne Informationen einfach 76€ abgebucht. Stornieren war natürlich nicht möglich! Ich finde die App nicht hilfreich wenn man wirklich versucht seinen Zyklus in den Griff zu bekommen und die Abos im Hintergrund eine absolute Frechheit!! Ich kann diese App auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Habe dann nochmals teuer bezahlt und dann per Mail gekündigt was auch akzeptiert wurde und 2 Tage später habe ich wieder eine Abbuchung und verstehe nicht für was. Kundendienst ist informiert meint aber ich hätte irgendetwas genutzt was ich nicht habe weil die App absoluter Schrott ist, Rezepte sind langweilig und immer die selben. Maßeinheiten können auch nicht geändert werden, das man die Sprache ändern konnte gleicht einem wunder. Ils vous prélèvent 84€99 et 37€99 pour un mois d’abonnement sans que ce soit justifié et sans prévenir de ce montant (37€99). Les services proposés sont pauvres, les applications Flo, Maya etc demandent une faible rémunération et sont de qualité. Vraiment fuyez. Si j’avais pu mettre -3 étoiles je l’aurai fait. I did a free trial, didn’t like the app and deleted my account. They charged me the subscription price anyways, even though I can’t even login to access the app. Per their terms it doesn’t matter, and they refuse to refund the amount. Horrible business practice in my opinion, regardless of “terms and agreements”! To charge someone who no longer even holds an account and refusal to refund is d*mn near stealing. Ich bekam eine Bestätigung, dass es gekündigt ist und dann kam wieder eine Abbuchung. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen verschiedener Emailadressen, kam raus, es wurde im Hintergrund eine weiteres Abo abgeschlossen. Darüber wurde ich nie informiert und habe auch nicht, wie behauptete wird, eine Email darüber bekommen… Habe noch nicht mal eine App von diesem anderen Abo herunterladen. Die Firmen ruhen sich darauf aus, dass digitale Käufe nicht zurück genommen werden. Nach dem Motto selber schuld. Hauptsache den Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen. ITS BADDD light cramping but I got cursed with the worst emotional distress and depression and anxiety during my cycle so I did the worst thing you can do and started birth control about a year and half ago to help the symptoms and did help but it also threw off my natural balance and made me feel numb inside and out.. now I’m ready to take bad control of myself after being off of birth control for almost 6 months now finally starting to feel back to normal but not quite there’s still someting definitely off with my hormones because of the symptoms I’m getting mentally still to the point I can barely handle it in my day and at work even, and I just wanted to leave this review to let others that may be in the same or similar situation to me that doesn’t see use in this app, THAT YOURE NOT ALONE AND THAT ITS STILL SO USEFUL! there’s guided meditations for beginners, yoga, meal plans, even whole grocery lists generated for you for whatever days you want. Unless you want hundreds of dollars taken out of your account without your authorisation. This app is the biggest scam! I had to cancel my cards just so they would stop taking money out of my account. They do have the option to swap meals and they give a great variety. I never thought about making certain items. But I’ve made two so far and I’ve been very satisfied. This is a great app for women that want to start clean eating and taking care of their bodies! The meals they give you don’t have a lot of fat, but instead a lot of protein and carbs .
