## What is CycleFile?

An IVF cycle is a fortnight of exact times, exact doses and numbers read out to you across a table
while you are trying to hold it together. Then someone asks what your lining was on day 6, and it is
gone.

CycleFile keeps the whole cycle in one place, and turns it into one page your clinic can read.

WHAT YOU LOG
Every dose with the exact time you took it, because protocols are timed to the hour and nobody
remembers day 6 by day 12. The route, and for injections the site, so you can rotate properly.

Every monitoring appointment: follicle sizes exactly as they were read out, in any order, plus lining
and bloodwork. The app counts how many are at 14 mm or more as you type, because that is the number
everyone is actually watching.

And how the day felt. Side effects, mood, the days that were hard. It is your record, in your words.

INJECTION SITE ROTATION
Record where each injection went and the app tells you where the next one goes. If three of the last
four landed on the same side, it says so. Bruising is what makes week two miserable and it is the
easiest thing to prevent.

THE CLINIC PDF
One document with the protocol, every scan, every dose with its time, the site spread, and your day
notes. Bring it to the next appointment, send it to a second opinion, or keep it for the cycle after
this one.

COMPARE CYCLES
If there is a next cycle, put it beside the last one. Different starting dose, different response, and
your own notes on both.

PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
Everything stays on the device. There is no account, no server, and no sync. This is the most private
thing many people will ever type into a phone, and nobody else can read it, including us.

CycleFile is a diary you keep. It does not interpret results, predict outcomes, adjust protocols, or
suggest doses, and it does not replace your clinic. Every number in it is one you typed in. Always
follow the instructions your clinic gives you.
