My girlfriend started using this app and man has she changed. She recently went all out on her wellness journey and downloaded this app in the process. She’s been tracking her periods, water intake, and she also meditates on the app. Her menstrual cycle is also synced with her workouts which she won’t stop talking about. She is hurting my pockets a tiny bit with the premium subscription, but with the changes I’ve seen in her, it’s been more than worth it.

The premium version is actually so worth it 😭 I didn’t think syncing workouts with my cycle would make such a difference but it genuinely changed how i feel during workouts! This app is a game changer!

Clean interface and easy to navigate. The workout tracking and syncing features are interesting, and setup was straightforward. Still exploring the app but the experience so far has been smooth,I even subscribed for the premium monthly plan and so far the experience has been top notch
