## What is CycleKeep?

Keep your cycle history in one place, on your device.

Record observed periods and add optional mood and energy check-ins. CycleKeep estimates your next period and a cautious, calendar-only ovulation window from the dates you log, shows the history each estimate used, and says plainly when there is not enough information for an estimate.

A JOURNAL BUILT AROUND YOUR ENTRIES
- Log period starts and bleeding days, including several days at once
- Correct a nearby start or keep both, and undo your latest period change
- See an estimated next period ("Around" a date) and how much history it used
- Add optional check-ins for sleep, stress, energy, mood, physical sensations, and a private note
- Review a calendar that keeps logged days and estimated days distinct
- Review descriptive patterns from your recent check-ins
- Set optional on-device reminders for daily check-ins
- Export your entries as JSON and CSV files when you choose

CycleKeep 1.0 is free, with no account, ads, or in-app purchases. Your entries stay on your device unless you choose to export them.

Start with what you know today. You do not need a complete history to begin your journal.

CycleKeep is a general wellness journal, not a medical device, fertility tool, or contraception method. Its estimates cannot confirm ovulation or fertility. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
