I believe all the competition has crushed cycle trader. I am taking down my listing. They also have this ridiculous feature where u can text customer service and then never hear back from anyone. I regret paying for this. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-07-23, version 26.19.1* I get constant, unwanted emails. I get an error message when I try to unsubscribe. I get an error message when I try to delete my account. Save yourself the aggravation. ### 1/5 — Very Buggy *2026-07-19, version 26.18.0* The search filters are very limited. For example unless ABS appears in the actual name of the bike, you’re unable to search for bikes with ABS. Another annoyance is the payment calculator which suddenly will only calculate payments for up to 20 months…if you want to see payment for a 36 month loan or longer, you are shid out of luck. ### 1/5 — Not good *2026-07-17, version 26.18.0* Probably the worst app I’ve seen, but your only option on apple. I always run into the issue that it can’t find anything in my state. I have better luck on Facebook marketplace ### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible *2026-07-10, version 26.18.0* Could not have found a worse place to try and sell my motorcycle. Did all the bells and whistles including getting a vehicle history report. Unfortunately for me the vehicle history report was a joke and completely wrong. Stated my bike was stolen then recovered which never happened in a state the bike had never been in. Would they correct it? Of course not. So as you can guess people were not lining up to buy my low mileage motorcycle like new motorcycle. It was a complete waste of money and time and effort ### 1/5 — The worst app I’ve ever used *2026-07-07, version 26.17.3* This app is the reason the world is bad. ### 1/5 — Zip code invalid!?!?!?! *2026-06-29, version 26.17.2* Says my zip code is not valid, unable to use app. 100% frustration. ### 1/5 — Can’t Log In and Listings Lack Prices *2026-06-04, version 8.15.0* What’s the point of using CycleTrader if you can’t even log in or create a new account? I emailed customer service about the issue and never received a response. Many of the motorcycles listed also don’t show a price, which makes it difficult to compare bikes or make a buying decision. Between the account problems, lack of support, and missing basic listing information, this app is extremely frustrating to use. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-06-04, version 8.15.0* The app has had issues for years but since the latest update if you change how they are sorted, you have to redo the entire saved search. Maybe take lessons from RV and Auto Trader. ### 1/5 — Awful Updates Lately *2026-05-31, version 8.15.0* Stop making things in the app that nobody asked for. There are too many to track and no desire to write them all. I’ll give you the most annoying one. Location and radius should be part of the regular filter because you dynamically populate the make and model list based on that. Just have a normal person test it for you.
