## What is cycli.cal?

overview:
cycli.cal is a period cycle tracker designed to be personal and private.
there is no account, no servers or any analytics. whatever you log stays in a file locally on your iPhone, encrypted.
it's designed so no data is ever collected from you, but make sure to back up the information from settings in case you ever need to restore it.

how to use the app:
log each period day as light, medium or heavy. cycli.cal lightly estimates cycle length based on history and trends.
center ring shows a typical cycle at a glance, with the day marked on it.
tap any phase to read a general snippet of what is happening in it.

features:
- daily flow logging, three levels
- cycle ring with your current day marked
- tap any phase for what to expect
- week-by-week phase map across your cycle
- next period and fertile window estimates (this is NOT a recommendation or substitute for medical advice)
- cycle length learned from your logged history
- full history, editable day by day
- backup you can copy out and restore yourself

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
cycli.cal records what you log and projects it forward using the calendar method.
it does not diagnose anything and it is not a contraceptive.
predicted dates are estimates and ovulation timing varies between cycles.
talk to a doctor about anything that concerns you.
