It often get stuck in “queued” state and refuses to download. Or It forgets that you are subscribed and asks you to pay for an issue. The customer service doesn’t exist. Repeated emails go unanswered. The subscription fee of $50 a year is very steep, considering other cycling magazines usually range fro $12 to $30 a year. **Developer response:** Hi there, and thanks for your review. The new refresh of the App broke it and it does not restore my issues. However, the customer service is even worst than the app. I contacted them that their app is broken. They asked me to contact Apple. I did. And apple said that they are only a store front and the publisher needs to correct the problem. So far, I paid $49.99 to renew my subscription and app doesn’t work. And since more than 30 days has passed canceling the subscription would not get my money back.
