## What is Cyflex?

Cyflex is the mobile desk for companies that finance what they sell. Rent to own, cash sales with milestones, modular and site built homes, and your own in-house programs all sit on one ledger, so your team works from the same numbers in the office and in the field.

Built by people who ran real portfolios for years, Cyflex covers the whole life of a contract:

• Applications and underwriting: review new applications, check documents and approve or decline in a few taps.
• Contracts and signatures: send agreements built from your own templates, rates and state rules, and see when customers sign.
• Payments: take card, ACH or cash payments, set up autopay and send receipts right away.
• Collections: see aging by bucket, work your follow-up list and log every call and promise to pay.
• Portfolio at a glance: collected today, amounts due, past due balances and early purchase payoffs, updated live.
• Dealers and partners: follow contracts from every dealer location and know who is sending business.
• Customers: open any account to see its contract, payment history, balance and next due date.

Every company’s data stays private to that company, and each person sees only what their role allows.
