### 1/5 — Ridiculously horrible app and no access to support

I’ve been trying for days to get my bike set up. I cannot set the password or get the new when I try to logon. I was able to sign up but when I try to logon, they’ll say enter the correct email well it is the correct email and I’ve done it over and over and over again, and I reset the password which it let me do withoutsaying that my email was bad but when I go to login after I reset my password again it says use the correct email when I try to call Support or message for Support it takes me to this page doesn’t exist
