I’m not able to see my texts when sending a message to the Care Teams. I think this app needs an update. It’s also not as responsive to touches. I do like the ability to schedule appointments with the Care Teams and read useful articles.

I really love this app. The educational content is top notch, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into making the information useful, engaging, and easy to understand. The app is also very easy to navigate, which makes the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. My only complaint is that whenever I open the app, it stops my music or audiobook. I really wish audio from other apps could continue playing while I’m using it. Other than that, it’s a great app and I’ve had a very positive experience with it.

This is an amazing benefit!  My dietitian and health coach really know me and give me advice that works!  I’ve learned so much about what works for my body and I’m able to eat meals out without even thinking about my digestion!

This is a cool app and I have really enjoyed that this is provided to me via our company healthcare package. The gut biome test and learning about all of that has been fascinating. I have 2 awesome resources as well that have been helping me along my journey to get healthier. A coach to help me focus on instances to my success and a dietician that has really helped me to think about how I can make better choices. Both has been a great resource and motivation along my path.
