## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — what in the wha ?

*2025-10-11*

i thought i was missing something, but the other reviewer said it just right so.. what in the world what a waste of money
bummed

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2025-10-07*

Not a true reading. It changes with the same note played. True cymatics give the same result for same sound and frequency

### 1/5 — Such a rip off lol

*2025-10-04*

Charging 12 dollars to basically see a different picture linked to notes on the piano. Can’t believe I bought this.

### 4/5 — Best authentic water cymatics visuals app but I wish it had 444hz

*2026-07-02*

I really like the app, the visuals are looking great and the overall UI is clean and intuitively simple! I saw an old video of the app where 444hz also was included but it’s not anymore unfortunately. If 444hz would be included, I would give 5 stars because I produce also music in 444hz. Would be awesome to see the corresponding pattern to it. That’s why I initially bought the app because I thought 444hz is included. Another addition which would be cool to have is a full screen mode with just the patterns without the keyboard. Thanks for creating this gem nevertheless! I love it :)

### 4/5 — Toward a More Harmonic and Poetic Cymascope

*2025-11-12*

The idea behind Cymascope is brilliant: to make visible the vibration and intention within a sound, a piece of music, or even a word. Unfortunately, version 2 remains mostly decorative and heavy (1.5 GB) — it still falls short of its promise. The app merely links a detected note to a static, minimally processed video, where musicians long for a real-time, dynamic visualization of sound in AUv3 format.
By rethinking its core with a lightweight, C++-optimized engine and integrating an AI algorithm capable of analyzing harmonics and microtonal variations in real time, Cymascope could finally achieve its true resonance — opening new creative and emotional dimensions.

### 5/5 — Subtle but tremendous effects

*2026-06-30*

Absolutely mind blowing and accurate visualizations. Helps with so many things. Thank you!! The people who reviewed this less than 5 stars do not understand its value.

### 5/5 — Ahead of its time

*2026-01-22*

Came across a 4 yo YT video on this and thought “no way” so I got it, paid the money and use this daily for tone checking. It has allowed me to see the shady tones from the healthy tones to learn.

I do like mic features for sound tuning & voice as well.

By supporting this developer endeavours will greatly add to new technologies on Cymatics and help end govt misinformation pyops on sound frequency healing 🫡

App isn’t perfect but it works !

### 5/5 — Exactly what I need

*2025-12-07*

I’m surprised to see so little reviews on this. And the ones who did obviously do not appreciate what it is this app is. It would cost you a lot of money and resources and time to duplicate these results on sand with a chadali plate. To be able to see the exact frequency (I will test more)of real time sound is a HUGE SUCCESS and I appreciate your work. May I make a suggestion and I already know you know what I’m going to ask lol. Can you make the tuner more accessible if possible. At least the solfeggio frequencies perhaps 👀 I know that is a lot of work but it would absolutely make this app ELITE. I APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK even if others do not realize what it is you’ve achieved here. Congrats
