works for any mood i’m in- meditation, sleep, focus. love adding the atmosphere sounds and some music! the rain sound is the best for sleeping

Beautiful sounds. Being able to alter them is a lot of fun. I felt the benefits of meditation 5 minutes after downloading Cymatic.

It knocked me out last night. I got home at like 1:30am and had to be up at like 8:30am and I was worried I was gunna have a hard time falling asleep and also didn’t want to take a melatonin, oversleeping my alarm. 

I did the sleep meditation at 230hz and knocked tf out

I can’t recommend this app enough

There are several great ways to use Cymatic, from guided breathwork to frequency healing. The entire experience is aesthetic and customizable (Good luck choosing between smooth instrumentation or atmospheric sounds). Plus a little gameification helps keep you on a steady streak. Great for re-centering to kick off the day or wind down 🧘🏼‍♀️

The different layering options along with the frequencies provide unique experiences. The app is extremely user friendly. Everything is laid out in a clear way making it easy to navigate.
