Was a good app the it stopped and hasn’t worked for days. Says update then there’s no update to be had

The app is very buggy and doesn’t track my subscription accurately. Payment types are not accessible and use of Shopify to verify only brings me to a new screen to enter a new card. Doesn’t allow me to view cards on file. Subscription details show Cymbiotika test data instead of my accurate card info.

I’ve gotten the same pro-tip everyday when I check in since the app recently updated. All I need to do is spend 15 minutes a day coloring intricate mandala patterns! …. Ready for this to get fixed.

I haven’t been able to do my daily check-in for 3 days because it says there’s an app update. But when I click on the update prompt it brings me to the App Store and there is no update available; it just has the open button.

Your deliveries to Canada are consistently slow, and the provided delivery dates are not accurate. This makes it difficult to plan reorders, and I’ve even had days where I couldn’t take my supplements because of delays. While I truly appreciate the quality of your product and the app, the delivery experience is not up to the same standard and needs significant improvement.

I’ve been a faithful user of Cymbiotika products since 2020! At first use the app is beautifully designed, seamless, and easy to navigate! Excited to do my daily check-ins and manage subscription via the app instead of manually logging in daily! Quite literally made my morning downloading this!❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
