Purchased football tickets and got a confirmation email including seat numbers and all information but this app doesn’t show my e-ticket and it doesn’t show my tickets.
No feedback for my appeal.

In order to use the app, it requires you to verify both your phone number and email. Phone verification was fine but it will not send a confirmation email (not in junk folder). Therefore I cannot access my tickets. I have seen other reviewers on here having the same issue
