Finally when there was an appointment available they rejected my application for no reason. I tried to login, but it said my email address didn’t exist. I checked the reviews and noticed many others were having the same issue. Then I realized this app isn’t meant for consumers. This is the app used by the delivery drivers. Folks, please take a second to realize the app works perfectly fine only if you’re a driver for Cynch. This is not for customer login. Finally, Cynch, you gotta label this app better. It’s clearly confusing everyone. Rename it or add a noticeable statement in the description. Do something! ### 5/5 — This app is not for consumer. For instants when trying to input insurance information it doesn’t allow me to enter the cancellation date of the policy. ### 2/5 — Updates Needed *2021-10-27, version 2.6* This is awful compared to previous Propane Taxi app for drivers. There are no maps of the entire route, no list of stops showing customers/addresses you will be going to. No option to skip a stop and go back or reorder your stops. Inaccurate tank counts at the start of a shift leaves drivers short tanks to complete their route- This happens when there are customer service swaps.
