I filled out every box correctly & checked appropriate boxes. Guess I’m not going to be getting propane refills from Cynch after all. ### 2/5 — Can’t even create a login *2023-05-01, version 1.7* I was a Propane Taxi customer and I’m trying to create an app login to continue service. Downloaded the app. Took the time to create an account. All blocks green. Hit submit and nothing happened. First time I forgot to answer question where I heard of you. App gave an error but disables the submit button despite entering all required info. I had to cancel and start the new account opening process again and re-enter my info. Second time I used dashes in the phone number that caused an error and the App once again froze the Submit button despite making the form correction. Third time the App displayed multiple screens on top of one another as I tried to enter my info the third time. I gave up. Imagine how many accounts you might have if the account opening process in the App actually worked? I may try again with the next version of this App. I’ve already wasted too much of my time trying to create an account. Not worth the effort. ### 1/5 — App isn’t working *2022-06-06, version 1.4* Tries to authenticate against “localhost”. ### 1/5 — Good service, terrible app *2022-05-24, version 1.4* This app seems designed to make using their service difficult. 1 - why did you change from the propane taxi app that worked perfectly fine? 2 - why didn’t data get carried over from propane taxi? 3 - why doesn’t this app populate credit card info like every other app? Everything about this rebrand and new app seems designed to make it hard for existing customers to use your service (the service is great, if customers can get through the inconvenience of this terrible app). ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in *2022-03-20, version 1.2* I have an existing account. Easy to use online. Installed the app, added my user & password and the app says “add your email and password”. I did. Got the same message, every time. I signed in and the app worked perfectly, already had my card and address on file and let me use a promo code. I called the number under “contact us” and no answer which the voicemail seemed kinda sketchy and had no other option but to leave a voicemail. Unfortunately the developers have not heard of autofill.
