Cynergy Bank ### 1/5 — Latest App version problem *2026-06-23* Trying to access Cynergy Bank via app and asked to upload new version. Need iOS 17 or later and my iPhone is an older model so I don’t have that version. App won’t let me access my account. It used to allow me to skip the download new version step but not anymore. Cynergy Bank ### 1/5 — Pretty bad overall *2026-02-17* Opened an account it was fine, put tiny bit of money in (thankfully), they sent an id verification, it didn’t have my nationality, called and asked for help, they sent thesame link, didn’t work, decided to withdraw the little I put and go somewhere else to build my savings, withdrew everything to my nominated account (haven’t received it yet) and I then got an email that my account has closed lol, tried accessing it but didn’t work. Maybe I’ll receive my money later thankfully it’s like £6 so nothing to cry over but for now idk. All very sketchy and horrible. Keep telling you to update at the App Store but the App Store just wants you to open. I just want to open my online bank account so I can check my figures. Is that too much to ask for! I’ve recently tried to update the app after inserting my correct details but I can’t log in as they say wrong details inserted. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2025-10-23* This app is very very poor every time it gets an update having registered offloaded it registered again got blocked out had to make several calls to redo again several times reset and register - it’s updated again and starts from scratch again. Blank screens and The useless ‘welcome’ screen. I’ve read the reviews below and sadly the app is not fit for purpose because the issues I’ve read that others have had also happened to me. For over a year and the same issues. So the banks IT dept are not good enough. If you run a bank with an APP get it working correctly before launching it - you will fail otherwise - people want stability not this nonsense ### 1/5 — Shocking App *2025-09-16* Can’t now log in online without verification in the App. App initially says not connected to WiFi (despite being connected to Fibre WiFi network). When I closed the App and reopened it won’t go past the welcome screen. I get notifications in the App when trying to login online but they also open to the hope screen and freeze.
