Booking forms. Say what you need to ask clients and get a form back with the right questions already on it. Discount campaigns. Describe the offer in a sentence and Cyntree writes it up for you. Invoices. Type out what the job was and get an itemised invoice back. Every draft opens in the normal editor, so nothing goes anywhere until you have read it. Also in this release: Team chat. If you are on Teams, you and your staff now have channels and direct messages inside the app. Mention someone and they will see it. Clients never see any of it. Discount emails. Build an offer, pick the clients who should get it, and send. They can change what they hear from you or unsubscribe whenever they want. Your portfolio, public. Choose the work you are proudest of and put it on your booking site, so people can see what you do before they book. Reviews on your booking site. Feedback clients leave after an appointment can now show publicly, and you pick which ones appear. Nothing goes live on its own. Eleven colour themes. Midnight, Forest, Ember, Ocean and seven more, on top of light and dark. A tidier Home and Growth. Quicker add button, clearer tiles, less scrolling to reach the thing you actually opened the app for. Time off across several days. Block a holiday in one go instead of a day at a time. Those days come off your booking page straight away. Your workspace is no longer a one-person job. Invite your team, decide exactly what each person can touch, and let everyone work from the same diary. TEAMS • Unlimited members. Invite as many people as your business needs, there's no seat cap. • Six roles: Owner, Co-owner, Admin, Professional, Receptionist and Read Only. Each starts with sensible defaults you can fine-tune, permission by permission, per person. • Rename "Professional" to whatever you actually call it, Stylist, Barber, Therapist and your word replaces it everywhere. • Assign bookings to a team member and route them to the right calendar. • Per-member availability, so each person's hours sit on top of the business hours. • Own-scoped everything.
