Cypher Stash is a private vault for photos, videos, documents, and files — now with Private Portal, encrypted sharing, and stronger separation between your vault, browsing, shared copies, and decoy spaces. Use Cypher Stash to keep private content separate from your regular gallery, file system, browser history, and everyday phone activity. It keeps portal activity separate from your regular device browser and includes DuckDuckGo access, a Telegram tab, portal navigation, wipe controls, VPN status awareness, and portal privacy settings. Free users can preview Private Portal before upgrading. Important: Private Portal helps keep browsing separate from your normal browser activity, but it does not make you anonymous online. Websites, internet providers, routers, workplace networks, or school networks may still see connection activity unless a VPN or other network privacy tool is used. ENCRYPTED SHARING CHEST Cypher Stash includes a Chest workflow for managing encrypted shared copies. Encrypted shared files are routed into the Chest so they are easier to find, unlock, import, and clean up. After a successful import or unlock, source encrypted copies can be removed to reduce clutter. The main vault and decoy vault keep their Chest contents separate. SECURE CONTACTS AND SHARED FILES Secure Contacts help manage encrypted sharing between trusted contacts. Clearer mismatch messages help users understand when a shared file was encrypted for a different key, device, or older contact entry. Cypher Stash also supports password-protected encrypted files with clearer unlock prompts and cleanup behavior. DECOY VAULT ACCESS If someone asks to see your vault, you can control what appears. Decoy vault controls let you maintain an alternate vault experience while your real files stay hidden. The decoy vault can mirror the structure of your main vault without exposing the files or media inside it. Main and decoy spaces keep Chest contents and Secure Contacts separated.
