It started off good with getting a message from one of the specialists, and then after that I couldn't get a response on a time sensitive matter no matter what I did. I could see the person was active and online, but they wouldn't message me back. Feels like they only responded once to get you interested, then their customer service becomes non existent. ### 3/5 — Not suggested if you need a quick response *2024-07-16* Overall the advice given was useful but too late. The response time was more than 2 days (multiple times) and then once you did finally get a response, I had to wait another day or two for a response to my reply. I ended up having to seek help elsewhere, because if your account is hacked, you must act quickly. In addition, the away message was not updated when I signed up. I joined on Friday, July 5th at 9am. The tool said response would be within a few hours. However, no one was working that day and I didn’t get a response until late in the day on Monday. ### 1/5 — This app is a scam - they take your money *2024-07-15* I downloaded this app in May 2024 I signed up for a free 7 day trial and cancelled the trial within 24 hours of starting it. Within the next few weeks I was charged 9.99 usd twice. I tried emailing them multiple times to ask why I was being charged weeks after I'd cancelled my subscription which I could prove and got no response. I ended up having to dispute the transactions through my bank. Now, in July 2024 I have been charged again. Do not enter any of your personal details in this app and don't subscribe to anything. Sounds dodgy to me. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2024-07-13, version 1.3.87* They do not have a way to cancel the subscription if you didn’t set it up through the app. If you set it up online, you have to hope to get ahold of someone and for them to actually cancel your subscription otherwise you’re screwed and will get charged regardless. ### 1/5 — Scam!!! *2024-07-12* Don’t download this app and make an account!!! TIA ### 1/5 — App is its own security warning to me????? *2025-08-23* So I purchased this app because I have had my Facebook accounts hacked consecutively and can't seem to shake that and some other account issues. I download this app start entering my info and run a security scan and it flags itself as my only security issue because it is outdated. Ok so I go to the App Store to update. Only the App Store says it is up to date. I try reaching out via the help options which all lead me to email. I sent email requests and in over a week have heard nothing back. If this is the service that is provided and I can't get a response this remains my review and I'll cancel my subscription. However, nobody is around to communicate with on weekends except bots. I am not very adept at learning the platforms. For example the platform for managing VPN and ad blocking is excellent except it keeps shutting off. Also I didn’t know enough to change the flag which has something to do with where a person lives. I pushed the flag and all the flags came up so I pushed my country’s flag and that move seemed to solve the platform for shutting off.
