Doesn’t recognise bookings, won’t allow check in and even to check flight time it comes up with an ‘Ooops error!’ Annoying ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2017-10-20* can't check in as there is no more allocated seats for online check in, useless ### 1/5 — Absolutely pointless... *2017-08-28, version 2.5* You don't have an account, cannot even save booking to access later - every time have to enter the booking number to view it?! Doesn't work and didn't work, just displaying some stupid error messages when trying to check the reservation. Called the airline and they recommended to use CheckMyTrip which works well. If you can't find a flight, say so! If you don't have flights on certain days, SUGGEST other days for God's sake!! Totally useless app. No wonder this is the first and only review. ### 1/5 — Fix the dates!! *2013-05-13, version 1.1* I love the design of this app, but it does not let you select many dates, which makes it basically useless! For example if you select one date from the scroll down menu, that date is not registered and you can't search for it! I checked in using this app but now my boarding pass cannot be retrieved. The stupid app did not save it to my Apple Wallet. The CSA app is not able to remember your confiremd code and the name (Hallo CSA?) The app is not able to manage your bags, you cannot add and prepaid an extra bag (Hallo CSA?) The app is not able to manage additional or any services (Hallo CSA?) And few more not happening things .. Better to booked and manage via Expedia app ### 1/5 — The worst airline app ever *2019-11-14, version 2.5* Dear Czech airlines, please don’t mislead me in a middle of check in process and try to sell me a seat change within economy class for 270 Euro. Have you heard of customer-orientation? Terrible app. I had some respect and flew with Czech Airlines in the past. All the goodwill I’ve had has now evaporated. Never book even if the flight is cheap *2018-05-27, version 2.5* I had a very bad experience regarding booking a ticket from Czech airlines that i booked a trip from prague to Barcelona for around 70 euros and i called them before 2 days from flight to confirm it and it was okay . And i suddenly arrive at the airport ( i had electronic boarding pass !!!) about 1 hour and 30 minuets before my flight to be surprised that it was cancelled and i have to pay 150 euros for another ticket . ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Excellent update *2015-01-23* I like new features added and the design.
