I need to get this scanner working. The computer software is no better, after I put in the SN key it didn’t work. I double checked and I typed it in correctly. My email never loads quickly enough. Plus, after 5 requests, you have to wait until the next day to try again. I still have not been able to register. They seriously need to increase the window to enter the code. At least give people 3 minutes. 60 seconds is ridicuous. If I can’t register, I’m returning the entire scanner. Kind of lame that the company risks losing business just becasue their App doesn’t give people enough time to enter an authenticaiton code. ### 1/5 — It’s complete disaster *2023-06-06, version 2.3.274* Not even allowing to register even though you provide all details as mentioned, it keeps complaining to have 8-20 characters letter and number combinations for password. I bought the ET 16+ and hope to use it with my iPhone no dice.
