This app is confusing and contradictory to the actual store. It’s like it’s 2 separate companies. For example, icon status is suppose to give 10% extra chips on the amount you buy. It states it on the app very clearly. However, when trying to purchase chips through the app, it does NOT add the extra 10%. The employee at the store couldn’t help and also didn’t even know that was on the app. The employees can not help with ANY ISSUES ON THE APP which makes extremely frustrating for both the customer and the employees when the app is malfunctioning and there’s a line out the door. I have tried to call corporate numerous time and never got an email or call back.
