Just email back saying to reset or use another card. Tried that 3 times. Then said to wait and offer would still be able to be used after expiration date. That didn’t happen. Bad cust service. Don’t offer something and have no way to fix your system errors st store or phone level. It takes forever to recharge your card digitally and that’s even if it allows you too. Please fix these bugs ! ### 1/5 — Does not work with the store *2026-08-17, version 5.1* We frequently go to Dave and busters. This app is confusing and contradictory to the actual store. It’s like it’s 2 separate companies. For example, icon status is suppose to give 10% extra chips on the amount you buy. It states it on the app very clearly. However, when trying to purchase chips through the app, it does NOT add the extra 10%. The employee at the store couldn’t help and also didn’t even know that was on the app. The employees can not help with ANY ISSUES ON THE APP which makes extremely frustrating for both the customer and the employees when the app is malfunctioning and there’s a line out the door. I have tried to call corporate numerous time and never got an email or call back. Therefore when visiting the location the tickets and chips are inaccurate. 8/16 - Thanks for reaching out, that means something. The past updates have made this app almost unusable and outright unbearable to use. Glitching and crashing almost every single time I use it. This is a disaster.
