Users can now set D-Day widgets to repeat annually or monthly.
Dates automatically advance to the next cycle when past (on app open).
Handles edge cases such as leap years (Feb 29 → Feb 28) and end-of-month overflow (e.g., Jan 31 → Feb 28).

2. Recurring System Enhancements

Added recurring fields to widget model with backward compatibility.
Automatic bulk update on app start and resume.
Optimized to prevent unnecessary data writes.
