Entering room and clicking on wall don’t work for me. ### 3/5 — Almost Perfect *2021-03-29* This app is exactly what I was looking for! It allows you to create a virtual walk-through art gallery and then share it with family and friends so that they can walk through it as well. The only difficulties I am having are: - with the shared link on the computer. The photos aren’t as high definition, and you can’t enlarge the photos for better viewing. There’s also no way to click on the description of the photos. These are all features that are only offered in the app and doesn’t bring 100% user friendly audience viewing from outside the app. It is really exciting that the gallery can be shared and viewed from outside the app though! Just needs a little bit of improvement. - In the app, the viewer can’t see the full description of the photos if you wrote anything longer than a sentence. - you can only piece together your gallery from the app. It would be nice to be able to work on it for my computer too, or maybe that’s just something I missed? Not sure where else to go with this complaint but I posted some art and didn’t update - I just - idk was butted out or something - hopefully I get an IT to help me. My only wish is that galleries were longer and that more than 3 were available. I have noticed in browsing other work that some account holders have more than the standard 3 galleries? I really love it and how it can be utilized. Is it possible to incorporate a feature to embed it into my website and or a social media image sharing? **Developer response:** Great question. We've just upgraded our gallery sharing pages so that your friends can browse through the entire gallery in any browser, even on a computer or Android phone. They won't get all the features and you'll still need to use the iPhone app to curate new galleries, comment and find galleries. For now there is no way to embed your galleries on a website, but it's something we'll discuss with our development team. ### 3/5 — Not user friendly - Bugs still *2019-06-27* Well, I decided as a pro photographer to give this app a whirl. Sad to say it still has bugs to be worked out, and that’s unfortunate because the concept is good. I would like to say I contacted them - but alas - within the app cant figure out how? In addition, every single time, I try to name a gallery and save it - the “save” button is not functional - it * does * nothing. Ugh, so many tiny things that should have been ironed out before release. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Very cool! *2019-06-25* This is a very cool app. I love seeing my work in this format. It’s early and there are a few glitches, I have set up two galleries And only one of them presents my first work in the presentation window. I’m also not sure of what this space is or developing into. Is it an Instagram type format only cooler? If that’s the case then it will have to figure out the ease with which a user finds, communicates and shares with others. I do wish you could rotate photos within the app as well as select multiple photos from your cameras gallery at once. This would make the process of uploading/selecting the photos to arrange in your gallery much more streamlined and efficient. Overall ok. Hope the add some features in the future. UPDATE: I did hear back from the developers and it’s sounds like these features are in the works. I love the way it displays my pictures. I love it, but needs a little further development. 1) I’ll need more than 3 galleries eventually. I’d love to use this for work as well as play, 3 won’t cut it. 2) I need a simple and intuitive way to be able to share the app/galleries with friends and colleagues and maybe even via other social media platforms. 3) I need a simple and straight forward way to import images from other storage devises such as google images or google drive. I don’t want to be saving images back into the phone simply to add them to a gallery and then delete them. Thanks for listening, this is a great platform but I can’t use it every day with out these tweaks. How to take a screenshot of gallery to share.. ### 3/5 — More information please *2019-06-20, version 1.3.1* I like the layout etc but how can I put photos from my Lightroom app, which is where I keep my photos into the gallery. ### 4/5 — Great App Needs to be More User Friendly *2019-06-20* I downloaded the app and I like the potential that it offers. It is exactly what I have been looking for to display the photos I capture. It has a real professional look and feel to it. However it did take me some time to figure out how to use the app even after I did the update. I think that a more in-depth how to video needs to be done. I also conducted a test to see how the invite friends to view gallery work. I emailed myself an invite from my iPhone and open the email on my windows base laptop. The link in the email took me to the site, but there was no way to actually view the photos in the gallery. I texted an invite to someone who has an iPhone but they could not view the gallery unless they downloaded the app. They chose not to download because they are not a photographer and did not want to add an app to their phone they were not going to use. So sending out invites is a real issue; since no one can view the images in the gallery if they don’t have an iPhone, iPad, or they don’t want to down load the app to their device. I believe if these issues are addressed you are going to have a huge hit on your hands. Are there any plans in the future development of this app to be able to directly upload images from a computer or will this app be strictly mobile base? **Developer response:** First off, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed review. It helps us understand what we can do better. Your idea about recording a more thorough walkthrough is something we're planning to do very soon. To answer your question about sharing, we're currently working on an Android version and a web version of the app. These are both planned for release later this summer so that you can share with friends who do not have iPhones. People may still need to register to view galleries – we haven't fully decided on that yet. Keep your comments coming! The photography looks great in these spaces and you really get a virtual feeling of an exhibition space. Can we please now get the option to add more galleries to our profiles rather than the standard three? I can no longer access my art work. ### 1/5 — Can’t get it to work *2024-02-26, version 1.11* I really wanted this to work and i like the idea but I simply can’t get it to add any pictures to the gallery space. It seems buggy as hell, there aren’t any buttons to continue after you’ve selected the gallery option. It’s either incredibly unuser friendly or its broken. Can’t use it :( ### 1/5 — Can’t create account *2021-08-27, version 1.11* I have downloaded the app but it won’t let me create an account. I keep entering a valid email but it say ‘enter a valid email’. Can’t find a way around this. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2020-04-07* Make no mistake, great app when it works. I used it about 3 months ago and all was good. Tried yesterday and can’t creat a new gallery now. I have lastest os on my iPad and newest version of app. Looked over tutorial several times but buttons to add and edit images just aren’t appearing . Tried to contact support but email bounced back. We can even schedule a support call if needed. ### 1/5 — Not working *2019-09-01* Very disappointed in this app I used it one time and now I can’t upload photos there’s just a black screen when I try to upload a photo onto the wall. Tried to message you direct and it wouldn’t let me do that either. Honestly not ready for release yet but keep at it.... ### 1/5 — Pointless App *2019-06-07* This app could have been a great application for photographers and artists if it was developed properly. It took me over an hour to create a gallery because I was not saving the photos. I finally got done but there is no way to share it. I tried the screenshot and all that but nothing happens. It says “invite friends” and there nothing possibly to do or click besides exiting. I wish it would give you a video of the gallery to share for marketing purposes just like the ad shows. So much potential here, but as of now it’s a pointless waste of time application. **Developer response:** Thanks for giving D Emptyspace a try. First, make sure you've updated to the latest version of the app. For sharing, after taking a screenshot of the gallery we'll automatically generate an invitation link. To access that link, tap where it says "Invite Your Friends". Your phone's sharing menu will open. We recommend using iMessage, WhatsApp or email, as those work best right now. We agree that a movie of the gallery would be good and we'll release an update making that possible, in the future. Please stick with us and give us another chance after we've included some of your must-have features. We really are dedicated to making an app that artists and photographers love. ### 1/5 — Difficult to use *2019-06-02, version 1.1.1* not user friendly, didn’t recognize my password sent me email to reset and states click below to reset and there was not a place to click that worked , a rectangular green bod with a reset code number nothing happens when you click it . And my first ever review! *2020-12-21, version 1.11* I love this app especially for artists and photographers. I’ve been using it for several years! Great support and open to new ideas. If you want to review and sort your work into themes it’s brilliant! I like the new square galleries too. Adding multiple pictures would be nice but I think changing the order of the galleries would be so helpful when you have new work to show. It keeps your account up to date and relevant. Great app at a small price compared to other virtual options. If you’re trying to impress buyers and galleries the walls can be exported. Wish my non iPhone artist friends could use it too. Good job! In fact, it's kind of the opposite of Instagram. Instead of an endless stream of photos this app arranges photos into virtual galleries that artists and photographers can curate. Browsing galleries means you have to slow down and enjoy (or appreciate?) the art, instead of just letting it whiz past. The interface could be better. I wish there were an iPad version because a bigger screen would be more immersive.
