### 1/5 — Prescriptions are never filled on time

It’s day 30 since I submitted a request by text and through the app and I still do not have my medication that is not in shortage and does not need a PA. I have called numerous times and DHMC is well aware that the prescriptions are taking WEEKS via app to even start being filled. They only start filling them once you call many times.

The prescriptions sit in the “getting refilled” queue for days to weeks when you refill via the app. Every refill requires the patient to call multiple times.

The app has suddenly stopped letting me sign in.  It keeps telling me there was a problem with my password.  I use Face ID so I am not entering a password.  I had to delete and redownload the app to reset my password.  It still says I have the wrong password.

When you renew on the app be prepared to wait for 3-4 weeks before staff get around to filing it and they will only do so after countless phone calls. 

You hit renew and it ends up in the “getting refilled” queue for an eternity. Staff are not renewing the requests off the app in an ethical timeframe.

What’s the point of having this application, if you can’t submit refills or transfer a prescription in it? I can get my med list online with my hospital. Unfortunately that’s all this app is right now, is a list of your meds because you can’t seem to do anything else with it.

The app is fine for requesting refills, but it’s not helpful for checking the status of a prescription. It just says “being filled, should be ready soon,” even if the medication is on back-order and they actually have no idea when they will get it. You have to call them anyway, which makes the app somewhat pointless.

My med account at the pharmacy uses the apostrophe in my last name. I’m not able to create an acct with the app because the app doesn’t accept the apostrophe. Any chance this can be fixed?

The app may work fine, but it doesn’t allow refilling at the Centerra Pharmacy Which makes it useless to me.
