Also my main complaint is when viewing both cameras at the same time they are not live! It only shows live when you double tap. It is just a static screenshot of all 4 of my cameras. I can double click on one image and it will enlarge it and play it live, then another double click takes me back to an overview of all 4 cameras and at this point it is a live view. Additionally, when rotating my iPhone the 4 images will not fill the screen in a live view as they would before. They need to roll back this update to the previous version until these bugs are worked out. ### 1/5 — Bad update *2019-01-13, version 2.11.1* The latest update is horrible!! Really slow and jumpy. I had someone come out and download new firmware to my DVR $$. It worked for 2 days and now I can't connect. 6.14.17 update - It worked again for a week or so but now down again. For a company that people depend on for in home security - this is inexcusable. What a mess.7/13 update - down AGAIN. What an absolute joke. I'm changing out my system next Wednesday. Buyer beware. My cameras work perfectly and can view them nicely on my 60” flat screen. But when it comes to viewing my cameras on the app it’s hit or miss. Will work for about a week then it says try again. Tried calling a support number I was given and it starts off by asking for my banking info. Not going to happen.
