2 senedir d smart bağlı faturalarımı düzenli ödediğim halde hiç bir şekilde internetim çalışmıyor tlf modemin yanındayken bile cekmiyor Wi-Fi ye bağlanmıyor defalarca aradım sıkıntımı söylediğim halde hiç bir düzelme olmadığı gibi teknik eleman da gelmedi haksız kazanç sağlamaktadır D SMART biz faturamızı ödemediğimiz gecikme  olduğunda nasıl yasal işlem başlatılıyor sa son çare olarak CİMER e şikayet ettim sonuç bekliyorum

D Smart firmasına 21 Haziran tarihinde nakil başvurusunda bulundum. 7 iş günü içerisinde yapılması gereken nakil 15 gün sürdü. Ancak hizmet almam için modem değişikliği yapılması gerektiği söylendi. 2 iş gününde yapılması gereken değişim 7. Günde - yaklaşık 20 civarında aramam sonucunda - yapıldı. Bu kez kurulum yapılması için ayrıca aramam gerektiğini ve ücretli olduğunu söylediler kabul ettim. 2 iş gününde yapılması gereken kurulum bugün 17. Gününde hala yapılmadı. 2 defa arayıp geliyoruz diye randevu verildi - ben de işten izin aldım 2 gün üst üste - ancak gelmediler. Bu süreçte fatura san yolladılar onu da ödedim. En azından Hukuk karar versin artık diye düşündüm ve sözleşmemi mail olarak atmalarını istedim dava açmak için. 3 defa - her seferinde uyarmama rağmen - sadece ön sayfayı yolladılar. 4 gündür de sözleşmeyi bekliyorum. Müşteri temsilcisini her aradığımda notlarını aldım benim başka yetkim yok diyor haklı olarak. Yetkili birine aktarın diyorum aktarım yapamıyoruz diyorlar. Not alın beni arasınlar diyorum. Tamam diyorlar. 9 defa not almalarına rağmen arayan yok. Bayileri olan Çukurova Dijitali arıyorum, yarım saat boyunca temsilcilerimiz doludur bekleyiniz diyorlar. Ulaşmak ne mümkün. Sonuç olarak evimde 35 gündür internet yok. İşin özü D Smart ile Bayisi Çukurova DİJİTAL’in keyfini bekliyorum. Bunu okuyan arkadaşlar kısa yazmak zorunda olduğumdan yaşadıklarımın ana hatlarını paylaştım sizinle. Siz siz olun bu D-Smart ve Mersin Çukurova dijitalden uzak durun!
