姉の卒業アルバムを登録した時も不具合だらけで登録できず
期限切れになってしまいました
あれから四年経ち今度こそはと弟の卒業アルバムを登録しようにも
また不具合だらけ！全く改善されていない

中学校のアルバムでアカウントを作り、そのアカウントに高校の時のアルバムを登録しようとしても登録失敗と出てきてもう一度入力しろと言う。だがこちらのアルバムIDが間違っていることは決して無いのだ。私は幾度となく登録を試みた。だが駄目なのだ。よくあるご質問も大したことは書いておらず、役に立たない。中学校を卒業し、このアプリを使い始めてからすでに3年が経過している。こちらは高校を卒業したというのにこのアプリはどうだ、まるで進歩がない。つまるところこの産業には競合がないのだろう。だから進歩もないし寄り添う気持ちもない。はっきり言ってこの態度には腹が立つ。

何度も何度も繰り返してもログインは出来ない。アプリも削除して取り直そうとしてもそれも無理。あらゆる方面で無理。時間返して欲しい。案の定、レビュー見れば同じ様な方々が。これちゃんとアルバム代金に入ってるんですよね？詐欺です。イライラだけが残ってどうしてくれるんですか。星はゼロです。
