## What is D2D Sales CRM?

Most door-to-door reps still rely on memory, scribbled notes, or spreadsheets. It’s easy to forget which house you knocked, who was interested, or when to follow up. And if you’re just starting out, the big-name CRMs are expensive, complicated, and built for office workers—not you.

Just tap a house on the map, log the outcome, and move on. Follow-ups are saved, notes are organized, and your knock history is always visible. You won’t forget a lead, and you’ll never lose track of a conversation.

If you work in telecom, fiber sales, or canvassing, this app was built for your grind. No dashboards, no training, no fluff—just simple tools to log, follow up, and sell faster. You’ll finally have a CRM that moves at your speed.

Use GPS-powered maps to track every door you knock. Set reminders, review conversations, and see which homes converted—all from your phone. You’ll spend less time thinking about admin and more time closing.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 6.2 — 2026-08-10

This update brings D2D CRM from 6.2.1 to 6.2.8 with a cleaner, faster experience for door to door sales teams, canvassing reps, telecom CRM users, fiber sales teams, and anyone who needs a free CRM, sales tracker, lead tracker, and follow up tool in the field. Follow ups now include a smoother confirmation flow, map and follow-up scorecards are more consistent, streak tracking has been improved, trip details and mileage charts have been refreshed, and appointment details now make it easier to work with customer information. We also added appointment notes improvements, including more natural meeting note summaries, and cleaned up the ad experience by removing the remove-ads purchase flow that was not meeting App Store approval requirements. Overall, this release focuses on making sales activity, lead tracking, follow up scheduling, canvassing routes, and field CRM workflows feel more reliable and easier to use every day.

### 6.1 — 2026-08-09

This update improves the map experience across property popups, bulk property creation, search, navigation, and ads.

Map popups now feel more modern and easier to use across prospect, customer, multi-unit, and multi-contact workflows. Prospect and customer property popups use cleaner CRM-style bottom sheets with clearer headers, contact detail rows, property context, and better-sized knock outcome actions. Multi-unit properties now open a full-width selector grouped by unit, with contact-count badges and customer indicators when a unit includes a customer. Properties with multiple contacts now have a distinct multi-person map icon with a count badge and customer star when applicable. Popup dismissal is also more reliable, so closing, swiping down, or tapping back on the map clears the selected marker and lets the same address reopen immediately.

Bulk property add is now more accurate and useful in the field. Newly added prospects are placed on the actual property location instead of snapped street coordinates, matching the behavior of single property adds, address search, and prospect detail address updates. Bulk add also continues surfacing nearby new addresses even when existing prospects or customers are already inside the selected radius, while still filtering duplicates.

Search on the map has been redesigned with a cleaner property-focused search bar, improved suggestion cards, clearer address rows, and more polished spacing and materials. The map now also includes a smarter current-location button that can return you to your previous map view after jumping to your location.

The ad experience has also been refreshed. Sponsored placements now use a more professional modern app layout, and the Remove Ads button has been improved with clearer purchase states. The app now handles production in-app purchase results more reliably, including loading, cancellation, pending purchases, transaction updates, and App Store product availability issues.

### 6.0 — 2026-07-30

From 6.0 through 6.0.8, we’ve focused on making field work faster, clearer, and more reliable. The knock flow has been redesigned into a compact, adaptive stepper so you can log an outcome, schedule a follow‑up with smart date chips, convert to a customer, add a note, and optionally log a trip—without leaving the card. Trip logging now calculates mileage automatically from your start and end addresses and saves the correct date/time. Notes got a major upgrade with dedicated “All Notes” views for prospects and customers, a faster composer, swipe actions and context menus for edit/delete/copy, and helpful accents for common tags like Follow‑Up, No Answer, and Converted. Objection tracking is smarter with one‑tap selection, usage counts, and the ability to add new objections on the fly. We also introduced the Recording Studio unlock so you can practice, review, and score your pitch. Across 6.0.x we’ve shipped polish and stability fixes: crisper haptics and confirmation sounds, more reliable follow‑up scheduling and automatic note creation, improved search and address autofill, safer trip saves with fewer edge‑case failures, widget refinements, and general performance improvements with reduced crashes. Thanks for the feedback—keep it coming!

### 5.9 — 2026-01-31

We’ve added a new suggested address experience that intelligently completes partial addresses as you type, helping you reach the correct location faster with less effort. This makes address searches and trip logging smoother, quicker, and more accurate overall.

We’ve revamped the in-app email experience to improve reliability and tracking. You can now send emails using templates or start from a blank message, with every sent email automatically logged and reflected in your email history and counts.

Customer phone number management has been streamlined for a cleaner and more consistent experience. The Add Phone sheet still appears when adding new numbers, making it quick to update contact information while ensuring calls are logged correctly.

The App Store review prompt has been updated to use Apple’s latest APIs, ensuring full compatibility with iOS 18 and newer. This change improves long-term stability while maintaining the same seamless review experience for users.

The Contact Manager now uses MapKit for geocoding customer addresses when generating neighboring prospect suggestions, replacing deprecated APIs. All existing behavior is preserved, including duplicate avoidance and consistent suggestion rotation, while improving compatibility with newer iOS versions.

Prospect creation has been modernized with updated SwiftUI and MapKit APIs to remove deprecation warnings and improve forward compatibility. These changes are entirely behind the scenes and do not affect existing workflows.

We resolved concurrency warnings in the Prospect Details view by safely handling data access and UI updates. Exporting prospects to Contacts and updating locations now work reliably without triggering system warnings.

Customer address geocoding has been updated to use modern location APIs, ensuring latitude and longitude are saved correctly without compiler warnings. This improves reliability while keeping the customer details experience unchanged.

### 5.8 — 2026-01-25

Deleting an objection is now safer and more predictable. Any recordings linked to an objection are removed first to prevent crashes or leftover data, and you’ll be warned ahead of time if recordings are attached so you know exactly what will be deleted. This keeps objections and recordings fully in sync and makes cleanup much smoother.

Performance across the app has been improved for a faster, more responsive feel. Maps load more quickly, marker rendering is smoother, and search and toolbar interactions feel noticeably snappier. Overall responsiveness has been optimized to create a more fluid day-to-day experience.

The map screen has also been refactored to improve readability, performance, and long-term maintainability. Core logic is now better separated from UI code, reducing unnecessary recomputation and making interactions like searching, tapping, and updating markers feel faster. These changes also make it easier to add future features without impacting map performance.

We added built-in email validation to the customer details flow to ensure emails follow a proper format before being saved. This prevents common typos like missing “@” symbols or domains and keeps your contact data clean and reliable. The save button now stays disabled until the email looks valid.

You can now start emails using a built-in D2D Studio template when tapping “Compose Email.” The email app opens with the recipient, subject, and a friendly follow-up message already filled in, saving time and keeping outreach consistent—while still allowing full edits before sending.

Customer email templates have also been improved with a cleaner, more intuitive editing and sending experience. Templates are now more closely integrated with customer records, making personalization faster and automatically keeping communication history organized.
