Toll-free local number: 8001244410 International number: +966920024360 Email: customer.care@d360.com They’re available 24/7 and will be happy to help you 🙏🏻🧡 ### 1/5 — خدمة عملاء سيئة *2025-12-27, version 134.0.1202* دعم خدمة عملاء اسوء من السيئة،بنك لسا في بداياته وفاشل👎🏼 ### 1/5 — تطبيق فاشل *2025-11-27, version 132.0.1111* للأسف تجربتي مع تطبيق D360 كانت سيئة واجهت مشاكل كثيرة أثناء الاستخدام منها بطء في التحميل وتعليق متكرر وبعض الخدمات ما تشتغل بشكل صحيح حاولت أكثر من مرة أستخدمه لكن كل مرة تصير نفس المشاكل لذلك ما أنصح فيه حالياً ### 1/5 — خدمة غير مستقرة و طلبات لا تغلق بشكل جيد *2025-11-22, version 132.0.1111* أنا مستاء جدًا من أسلوب البنك في التعامل مع الطلبات؛ فغالبًا ما يتم إغلاق الطلبات دون تقديم أي حل فعلي، وكأن الهدف هو الإغلاق فقط وليس معالجة المشكلة. إضافة إلى ذلك، لدي طلب مفتوح منذ شهر كامل دون أي تقدّم، وهذا شيء غير مقبول إطلاقًا. كما أن الحوالات البنكية غير مستقرة نهائيًا؛ فبعض الحسابات تصلها الحوالة خلال ثوانٍ، بينما حسابات أخرى قد تستغرق أسبوعًا كاملًا حتى يتم تنفيذها. هذا التفاوت الكبير يدل على غياب أي معيار ثابت في الخدمة. والأغرب أنني أملك مبالغ كبيرة في حسابي، ومع ذلك يفرضون عليّ حد تحويل 5,000 ريال فقط، بينما هناك أشخاص أرصدتهم أقل بكثير ولا يتم فرض أي حد عليهم. هذا الشيء يوضح بوضوح أن الخدمة غير متسقة ولا تُدار بشكل عادل. باختصار، غياب التنظيم والثبات في التعامل مع الطلبات والحوالات وحدود التحويل جعل التجربة محبطة وغير موثوقة ### 1/5 — Can’t resolve basic technical difficulties *2025-10-31* The bank is far from deserving the “Digital Bank” label.
