Questo (ribadisco sarebbe il primo caso) è un grande segno di modernizzazione e rinnovamento che apporta grandi vantaggi ad attività di ristorazione e anche commerciali. Veramente esemplare specialmente nel sud salento dove ancora siamo rimasti all’età della pietra in termini di utilizzo della tecnologia digitale sul lavoro.
