I buy a smart glass and this app are necessary to use, i test in 3 different phones and the video feature always say is not possible and blabla, i need some help

Takes nice picutres n videos. Nice camera. Ai is just about pointless. It only tells u what u see n already know. It lags cuts in n out.my biggest concern with this app is the fact when u disconnect it will on its on continue to reconnect not respecting my rights to “DISCONNECT IT”!

I've literally deleted the app and redownloaded and it always gets me stuck on the upgrade screen but it wont let me upgrade my glasses. I literally updated them when i got them. :( so annoying
