### 4/5 — Just Doesn’t Work

The app just doesn’t work, says “no surf spots” in my area (I live along the Jersey Shore where there are plenty of spots), even when I hit “Any” on every parameter. Support is unresponsive to emails, too.

**Developer response:** Hi, Did you receive the response to your e-mail I sent you last night?  That was our first message that we received from you.  We're confident we can help you fix your problem, if we can get some additional feedback from you.  We also put video tutorials together for you on our YouTube channel "da Surf Engine App" to help users understand how to use the app in case there is any confusion.

Just getting in to this app, but after a couple of days I can see that it is well thought out and will really be a useful tool to have in the quiver.

I like how the app has a very organized listing of surf spot information with no confusing graphics!
