Immersion is great, but you need visuals and not just straight text if you’re learning by immersion. Good audio. But terrible for learning a new language.

Thanks for Sahamiye foundation’s team leaded by Dr. Ismail Ahmed; they designed to remove common barriers to learning barriers of cost, time, motivation, and access. Through Daariz, the learning is fun, convenient, and motivational. It gives anyone a progressive pathway to full literacy, wherever their starting point Since, Daariz supports learners with free or cheap smartphones to access Daariz resources, it’s open to everybody.

Waa app si fiican laysigu soo duba riday. Ta qudha ee aan soo jeedin lahaa waa in codku dansanaado marka hore ee la furo. Waayo qofku wuxuu joogi karaa banaan ama meel aanu rabin in codku iska furmo marka la siraado. Sida YouTube videos iyo videos ka website yada oo dhan, codku inuu densanaado ilaa qofku diyaar yahay oo uu riixo calaamada codka ayaa haboon.

I downloaded this app in attempt to learn Somali but this is more of a kindergarten class (reading type for children and identifying). However, this app is still good in helping especially listening and vocals. It’s completely in Somali but that’s no problem to me. Highly recommend.
