Un matin je constate un prélèvement effectué par Daba, non crédité sur mon compte Daba, et non re crédité à date sur mon compte bancaire. Et le service client 😪😪😪😪je préfère ne pas m’exprimer. Belle application mais trop de bugs, elle est instable, fonctionnalités qui ne passent pas systématiquement et le service client pas très réactif. Inscrit depuis 2024, j’ai été déçu, je suis passé à Coris Bourse. Au moins en cas de difficulté je suis mieux accompagné. Il faut essayer de réduire les frais parce que l’usager voit son portefeuille déjà en moins juste en faisant un dépôt et un placement. Alerte arnaque *2026-04-23, version 1.2.7* Ne faites surtout pas confiance à cette plateforme, ils manipulent votre porte feuille sans votre accord et initie des retraits de votre compte sans votre consentement. Et ensuite quand vous contactez le service client ,ils bloquent vos accès à la plateforme.
