When I signed in I got a “deposit wheel” notification and decided why not and threw on another $20 but the wheel spin never popped up. I contacted support and got stuck with the ai chatbot that basically said nothing can be done. This is very shady. After this $20 is gone, I won’t be spending anymore money on this app. I have zero tolerance left for companies that have to use deception to trick their consumers into spending money. I’m so over the greed and lies and trickery. Now the thing I don’t necessarily like is how they don’t have some of the same betting options as other apps. They’ve obviously worked hard on it, but it just doesn’t work. I understand the business reasoning behind requiring you to use whatever you deposit before you can withdraw it, especially when there are incentives for depositing. I understand that. But they rejected the card I had on file because I hadn’t used it to make the initial deposit. I initially deposited through Apple Cash, which is sort of their default pathway for depositing. I did that without knowing there would be an issue when it came time to withdraw. Had I known that, I would have deposited with the card first. I was going to withdraw, and now my money is locked in there unless I make another deposit, which I do not feel good about doing.
