It’s on file. I had access to her Checking Account and was attempting to set up Mobile Deposit to deposit checks (I’m 500 miles away). I asked for help from Dakotah Bank for Mobile Deposit as well as Bill Pay to pay her bills. Now, I only have view access to the checking account, no Mobile Deposit, and no Bill Pay. Calling them back, it’s their policy. I checked with my US BANK and they say that’s ludicrous, why have POA if you can’t take care of an invalids account and finances. Change banks.
