Made a payment through the app via e-wallet. The app said “Different type seats have different fares” post payment. Upon arrival the service rep said that the seats were given away and offered different seats. Had to line up in queue to get service which almost made us late for the movie. This is clearly a massive inefficiency and the existence of this app should be banned until payment gateway is repaired. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

After the payment done and money deducted, the app shows not available for the movie ticket? The worst and lousy app I’ve ever encountered before. Wasting time to request refund and spoil my mood to spend time in your cinema.

This is the lousiest cinema app i ever use. I ordered the ticket and i arrived on time and the staff at entrance told me wrong cinema and said ya is common. The whole UI is so badly made customer will never notice from the screen that they ordering from the wrong cinema! And i never knew there exist a damen as i only went to pavilion only! Maybe it was your intention to cheat customer of buying more tickets
