The app said “Different type seats have different fares” post payment. Upon arrival the service rep said that the seats were given away and offered different seats. This is clearly a massive inefficiency and the existence of this app should be banned until payment gateway is repaired. I ordered the ticket and i arrived on time and the staff at entrance told me wrong cinema and said ya is common. The whole UI is so badly made customer will never notice from the screen that they ordering from the wrong cinema! And i never knew there exist a damen as i only went to pavilion only!
