The app has a very good idea to scan receipt to earn rewards. But I have tried maybe 50 times and the scan does not work. Very disappointing. Need to solve this technical issue. Should be easy in this AI generation, right?

Just opened app and it asks for my name. I tried my name as well as other sensible names. It blocks on "cannot parse name".

You have to spend $3,000 ($1=1point) in order to get the reward of 1 free round of soft drinks for your table? 

At that price point, what even is the point of this app--it seems like a joke of a reward.

Let me clarify: rewards redemptions begin with items like a soda for 150 points (equivalent to $150 spent). The silver loyalty tier you mentioned, which is unlocked at $3,000 in annual spending, includes additional value benefits designed for our most loyal customers.
